Here are some less expensive places to get sports physicals or physicals for entrance into Kindergarten or 5 th grade:

• McHenry County Health Department- call for clinic times (815) 334-4510
• Med-care Acute Care Center in Algonquin (847) 854-5511

They offer sports physicals for $40 and there is no appointment necessary.
