PowerSchool is an easy-to-use, web-based student information system in which parents of students in grades K –8 can access their child’s grades, grade history, and attendance, and even communicate with teachers. Parents can also set their email notifications to receive automatic progress reports.
Access to PowerSchool is available from any computer with Internet access. Each parent has a separate user name and confidential password that only allows access to their child’s records. Students also have access and can view their grades but their account does not have all the features that a parent account has and does not have to be registered, they can just login with the username and password provided.
PowerSchool for Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch? There’s a Free App for That!
In order to use the system you must have received an access letter from the school with an access ID and access password. Once you have this go to https://dist3.powerschool.com/public/ and choose create an account. You only have to do this one time and you will be able to access your child's information.
Then fill this screen out and use your one of your child's first names and enter the access ID and password (both are case sensitive) that are on the form and choose your relationship to the child. If you have more than one child in the district only enter one and you will be able to access all of them, there is no need to enter them all here. Once you have registered by creating your own password and username you can then login. You will not use the access id or password again after you have registered.
If you forget your password or username click "Having trouble logging in" and it will give you these options to retrieve.
