Lunch Program and Menus
School District #3 offers a daily hot lunch program to all students, grades K through 8. Hot lunches are $2.50 each and include one of the entrée of the day ( 2 oz. protein), vegetable (3/4 cup), fruit (1/2 cup), grain (2) and milk (1% white or fat free chocolate) or 100% orange or apple juice. Condiments -- Mustard (5 grams) / Ketchup (9 grams) / Low Fat Dressing (2 oz.) / Salsa (2 oz.) / Syrup (1.5 oz.).

Fox River Grove School District 3 serves approximately 500 students in grades K-8 who are housed in two separate buildings, the Algonquin Road Elementary School (K-4) and the Middle School (5-8). The staff includes a superintendent, two principals, 40 teachers, and 28 support staff. A dedicated seven-member board of education is continuously working to improve the education of the students.
Along with core classes, students at both schools participate in "specials" such as physical education, general music, computer technology, and visual arts. In addition, students at the middle school participate in band, chorus, foreign language, health, and speech/drama classes. The district also supports guidance, speech, and special needs programs.

Simply go to the App Store, search for PowerSchool Parent. Once the free app has loaded, click on search for my district or Manually Enter Settings. At the Server Settings screen, enter the server address: dist3.powerschool.com. Verify the following defaults: Port Number – 443 and SSL Enabled – On. Select Log In and enter your user name and password and then click on Test Connection.
