School starts in less than 5 weeks! If you haven’t already, now is the time to schedule your child’s physical exam and make sure all required immunizations are up to date. Illinois-required physicals and immunization records for all PreK, Kindergarten, and 6th grade students must be submitted before the first day of school on Thursday, August 20, 2026. 

As a Day 1 Exclusion District, D3 cannot allow students to attend school without the required medical documentation on file. Don’t wait until the last minute—review the grade-specific health requirements and submit all forms early to ensure your child is ready for a successful start to the 2026–27 school year!
